Founder, David Brown, has always enjoyed really aged cheddars, hence this one is named after him. David himself personally selects these cheddars, which we then age in our Milawa maturing rooms.
 
There are plenty of tasty uses for our cheddar, whether it's pairing it with a sweet paste or apple and pear wedges, or melt a slice on top of a burger patty on the grill.
 
Ingredients: Cow’s milk, non-animal rennet, cultures and salt.
